A Little Bit About Me
Hi I’m Steve! Prior to being a full-time real estate investor, I was a “tech start-up” guy. Over 28 years, I worked for four early-stage start-up companies in both sales and sales VP positions. Almost three decades of working in these environments taught me how to develop critical thinking, how to learn new successful ways of overcoming and ultimately, how to win.
At the age of 50 years old, I set my plans to become a real estate investor. Since real estate was entirely new to me, I had a massive amount of learning to do (still learning every day). By the end of the first year, I had become a “full-time” real estate investor.
In my first four years of business, I learned how to successfully invest in the following ways:

I like teaching people what I’m passionate about. Helping people create cash-flow income from real estate and then leveraging that into creating a lasting financial plan is what I enjoy the most.
